Carpet cleaning
Any room up to 250 sq ft. Pre-spray, hot water extraction, deodorize, groom. $139 minimum per visit.
Pet stain & odor
Enzyme treatment that breaks down the accident itself, not perfume sprayed over it. Safe for paws.
Upholstery

Do you only do carpet?
No — carpet is just what most people call us for first. We also clean upholstery, area rugs, mattresses, tile & grout, and hardwood, plus pet odor, fabric protection, air ducts, and water damage. Carpet is the one you can price instantly above; for anything else, a quick call gets you a number.
How long until I can walk on the carpet?
It's walkable in socks right away. Fully dry in about 2–4 hours depending on airflow and humidity.
Is the estimate on this page really the price?
Yes, within the range shown. We confirm the exact number at your door before we unload a single hose. If a room turns out to be a 400 sq ft great room, we'll tell you then, not on the invoice.
Will the pet smell actually go away?
If the accident reached the pad, surface cleaning alone won't fix it, which is why our pet treatment targets the pad with enzymes. For severe cases we'll tell you honestly whether treatment will solve it before you pay for it.
Do you move furniture?
We move sofas, chairs, and tables and put them back on protective tabs. Beds, dressers, and electronics stay put — we clean right up to them.
